After a long, long trip...we finally made it to Germany. It almost didn't happen. AirChina...or should we say, DespairChina...told us we had to have a visa to fly through China...Then we had to race through customs in the airport...then a 5 hour delay...and then we stayed with friends in Friedberg, Germany before heading by car to Leutkirch.
I can't give all the details...but we are having a great trip. More later.
